Monthly Sake Event

Beshock's next sake event will be on Saturday Nov 23rd at 5PM Our sake sommelier Ayaka will be sharing 4 kinds of once a year pre purchased seasonal sake Hiyaoroshi. Hiyaoroshi is a type of sake that has been pasteurized (heated) once in the winter and then allowed to mature over the summer before distribution in the fall. This short aging process settled the koji flavor, calm the edginess and creates well rounded full bodied flavor. You can taste and feel the fall season has arrived when you taste Hiyaoroshi and it pairs really well with seasonal seafood and vegetable tempura. Let's taste the flavor of the season together! Cost: $40 per person include 4 types of sake and assorted tempura. Please send us a message to confirm your reservation.
